Week 5
-The West-Leading Hawaii Tropics improved to 4-1 on the year with an overtime win over Las Vegas 34-31. Jason White's TD pass sealed the deal for the Tropics.
-The West's second-place team, the Boise Grizzlies improved to 3-2 with a 30-0 victory over the winless expansion 47s from Albuquerque.
-In an Eastern Conference match-up, the Gladiators escaped with the win 30-28 over the Polaires on a controversial touchdown by Korem Robinson.
-There have been rumors floating around that the 47s could be sold and possibly relocated at the end of this season.
Week 4
-Michael Vick was announced as POTW for Week 4 after leading the Gladiators to a 38-34 victory in Connecticut.
